The program will not be held in 2008.
The all-inclusive registration fee includes tuition, two lunches, breaks, and handouts. The fee for physicians and psychologists is $199, $125 for one day. For therapists, social workers, nurses, counselors (all non-physicians), the fee is $129, $79 for one day. For the fourth and subsequent registrants from the same organization, the fee is $99.
Housing
If you wish to stay at Colby on Sunday and/or Monday nights and have breakfast the next morning, there is a fee of $43 per night. Check the box on the registration form. You will be expected to pay for housing if cancellation is not received by June 23.
Cancellation
A $50 processing fee will be retained if notice of cancellation is received after June 23, 2008. No refunds for non-cancellations.
